My client is a empowering and thought leading organisation offering dynamic learning solutions for business leaders of the future. They are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 12 month FTC.
As HRBP you will be supporting the middle, senior Managers and the Head of Departments as your client group. Providing a forward thinking and pragmatic approach to business solutions as well as promoting sound practise throughout the function. You will be supporting the Associate HR Director on HR projects that support and enable the strategic priorities of your client group. This role will additionally focus on ER and policy related issues, coaching senior leaders with sound advice on how to manage this.
Working with your client group you will work on performance management plans, provide advice and support on restructure plans and employee relations cases. You will work closely with the learning and development team to provide appropriate methods of development for your client group whilst also focusing on succession plans. You will support on recruitment from growth to redeployment strategies alongside the recruitment manager. This role will be actively involved in training Managers on effective and correct processes of interviewing, safeguarding and diversity and inclusion.
To be successful in this role you will have worked in a full HR generalist capacity either in a Business Partner role or as a Senior HR Advisor. You will have solid ER experience being able to work in a busy environment that can be time sensitive. You will enjoy recruitment and will have recruited to senior level roles. You will be friendly, positive and professional HR generalist who prides themselves in giving excellent customer service. You will have a CIPD or Degree equivalent and have a strong understanding of UK employment law!
Salary: £40,000- £45,000
