My Bristol based client is looking for an HR Business Partner to align strategically with the leadership teams for several head office functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively and build relationships with a large client group, working strategically to implement people related strategies and initiatives.
This is a key role aligned to leadership teams in the UK for Finance, Legal & IT, and a number of stakeholders within EMEA. As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with Line Managers to understand their business objectives, challenges, opportunities and risks, and to plan and implement HR initiatives and interventions to drive key areas such as performance management, employee engagement, increasing capability, retention and communications.
You will also play a key part in coaching, developing and supporting line management to develop their people management capability, implementing key strategic HR initiatives and managing specific HR projects to deliver solutions.
The successful candidate will have worked in a strategic HR Business Partnering capacity and supported head office/group central functions. Commercially aware, you will have strong communication and influencing skills and be able to liaise effectively and build relationships at all levels.
