We are currently supporting a leading international law firm with a HR Business Partner opportunity focusing specifically on a variety of HR driven projects.
Working alongside Senior HRBPs this role will see you leading Project activity across the Firm as they move into an exciting period of growth and development.
This role will have responsibility for project management and co-ordination of projects across both business service departments and fee earning practice groups and will also lead HR work streams of Global projects with UK people impacts.
The role requires supporting the UK HRD and partnering with Senior HR Managers to deliver people impacting work groups. The role will be responsible for the project administration and coordination of HR Operations related projects, ranging in size and content, supporting the Senior HR Managers to instil project management discipline within their teams and to ensure deadlines are met
The business is looking to meet with HR professionals who are strong generalists, having gained experience within a professional services environment. You will be a HR Business Partner with successful people impacting change delivery exposure and a keen understanding of the project management discipline and best practice methodologies.
