A new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to manage a population across South East Asia within a global Consultancy, voted 'Top 10 Best Places to Work For'. This role is accountable for the region it covers across 3 countries, as well as ensuring the training needs of the region are met.

There is a centre of excellence to lean on for training material, however, this person will be delivering training and seminars direct to the business and will be responsible for ensuring relevant materials and toolkits are in place and accessible for the business and that training needs have been identified. They may also design and create some material.

The successful candidate; could be an established HR Business Partner already looking to gain regional exposure, or someone looking to step up into a Business Partner role, or a Learning & Development/Training professional who comes with some HR generalist experience wishing to leverage both skillsets.

Responsible for; Managing any IR/ER issues, change, growth, employee engagement, recruitment and ensuring the business has access to a flexible and pragmatic first class HR service.

A highly multicultural and diverse business so the successful candidate needs to come with strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.

In addition, working alongside and supporting the Senior HRBP across APAC on the rollout of regional projects and initiatives. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers and will own senior relationships.

Essential: Learning & Development experience with direct delivery of training to the business. The successful candidate will enjoy L&D and will want to grow this skillset.
