Our client, a noted boutique financial with a strong record of success and a robust corporate backing is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner with a strong focus on recruitment and selection within the financial services space. This position is ideal for an HR generalist who has focused on talent acquisition ideally within asset management or other smaller financial environments, and would like to continue that trajectory while developing more broadly as an HR Business Partner.
Offering a small (300+) but prestigious and collegial professional environment, our client is suited to confident, team oriented professionals who enjoy having access to all levels of an organization as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of relevant HR experience within financial services, as passion for sourcing and recruiting, knowledge of managing recruitment vendors and a strong foundational knowledge of HR generalist work - specifically employee relations, performance management, and year end compensation activities.
The role will be focused around firmwide recruitment (10 or more requisitions at a time) while heavily partnering with business leaders but will offer plenty of opportunity to participate in exciting talent management projects and HR platform improvements, onboarding, the performance management and full employee lifecycle, while growing as a business partner in this supportive and high performance setting.
