We are delighted to work with a market leading Law Firm in Manchester to recruit an HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner on a 9 Month Contract basis. In this role you will primarily focus on the implementation of a new HR System.
You will report into the Head of HR and become part of a small HR Team, so alongside the system implementation you will operate as an HR Generalist. Responsibilities include:
- Project leading the introduction of a new HR system including the migration of data, testing and implementation.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes, policies, initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for HR processes including new starters, benefits
- Undertake various Employee Relations activity such as conducting grievance and disciplinary meetings, return to work interviews and any other ER related activities as deemed necessary
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate generalist HR experience with previous experience of reviewing, testing and rolling out a new HR System. You are ideally CIPD Qualified and you have developed your experience within Legal or Professional Services.
