- Leading, growing and driving the HR and people strategy with direction from the Group HR Director
- Working with the Executive Team to develop and enhance the capability of the organisation in aligngment with the new business strategy
- Project Lead on key HR initiatives including the implementation of a new HRIS
- Review of HR processes and ways of working
- Review and implementation of the Employment Brand and communications strategy.
