My global client, a successful activewear retail brand, is seeking an entrepreneurial HR Director, to head up the HR department in a new standalone role for North America comprising of 70 employees at present but growing rapidly. This is a great opportunity for a true Generalist to take the next career step up. On offer is a Hybrid Model and a salary of $120-150K, depending on experience, plus bonus.
Based in New York City, this brand-new position will partner with senior leaders and talented departments across the US to drive HR policies and provide strategic and day to day employee relations duties as well as recruitment solutions. You will be required to roll up your sleeves, head up projects and implement positive change.

My client is looking for a true ambassador with a big personality and excellent communication skills, who can be proactive, creative, strategic and be the 'go-to' figurehead for the company.
