HR Director (f/m/d)

The responsibilities you will have

  • As part of the leadership team, you will achieve and exceed business targets, while providing guidance and insights on people related plans, impacts, or changes
  • You manage and coach several direct reports within the HR team and ensure excellent HR Services and Business Partnering delivered by a high-performing team
  • You effectively drive agendas across all HR areas, including Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Labour Relations, HR Systems & Data Insights
  • You constantly use your ability to identify strategic needs, while being an active part of executing initiatives with a hands-on mentality

The qualifications you already have

  • You have extensive experience as an HR Director or Head of HR (preferably within an international matrix environment) and are confident interacting with senior stakeholders including General Management
  • You have a proven track record in developing an HR strategy in line with business priorities and executing HR strategy at a regional level
  • You have profound experience in project and change management, not only initiating change, but also implementing it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required in both, English and German
  • Preferably, you already have experience in building / managing a high-performing teams
  • You are able to work under pressure, multi-task and coordinate, with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • You are a transparent team player, who holds transparency, knowledge sharing, and collaboration in high regards
