We now have an outstanding opportunity for an HR Director, International Growth to join our client, a world-leading business, that provides critical services across the globe. This compelling opportunity is responsible for the mobilisation of new country business areas, working with the Future Business Growth team on people solutions. This could be a once in a career opportunity to develop people solutions for new territories and mobilise the consequent successful business outcomes.

This high profile and critical role will work as part of the wider Future Business Growth team, part of the business development and bid elements for International people solutions. The role will lead new Country mobilisation, developing employee lifecycle systems, processes and behaviours and ensuring that they are in keeping with our client's Purpose and Principles.

You will need to demonstrate proven experience of working across International Territories, experience of mobilising a new team in a new International Territory and creating people solutions for bid activities. You will demonstrate experience of leading an HR conversation across a large, diverse and complex organisation, business unit or division, delivering all aspects of people strategy. Experience working as part of a leadership team at senior level coupled with the effective management of HR teams, testing and challenging the status quo is required. Proven knowledge of HR practices, combined with experience in change management and used to embracing technology and innovation is expected.

Location is ideally the United Kingdom, although France or The Netherlands will be considered. There will be a requirement to spend some time in London, but additionally there will be overseas travel to various locations.
