This leading international firm based in the City of London is looking for a HR Generalist to join its team. With a number of global locations the London office remains key to the business, supporting the UK as well as EMEA.
Working as part of a wider HR function and reporting into a Senior HR Manager this is a varied and broad role supporting both fee earning and business services staff.
The firm is looking for a HR professional who can offer the firm a high-quality HR service in order to achieve the business objectives and proactively resolve HR issues. Working as part of a wider team this role will see the successful candidate involved in a number of broad generalist areas, including recruitment, employee relations and performance, policy drafting and guidance, employee benefits, and other ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will hold a University degree or equivalent with a full or part CIPD qualification. You will be proficient Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ideally experience of Workday.
Candidates must have solid experience of working within the legal sector and possess strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines as well as collaborating effectively with colleagues and internal clients.
