We have an exciting opportunity with a global player in the financial services sector.
Listed on the Nasdaq, with over 2,000 employees globally, they are urgently recruiting a well rounded HR Generalist to join their Italian premises in their offices in Milan or Padova, and partner with both the international HR team and Director-level stakeholders in the day to day management, contracts, payroll, mobility, org. design and admin activities for their growing population in the country.
As such, we are looking for a pragmatic people-first HR with a strong business partner approach and potential to develop in the business as they will expand in the territory.
Supporting the HR Director for Southern Europe, you will act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to the Italian Country Manager and other senior leaders relating to personnel administration, communication, employee relations, payroll, contracts, global mobility, rewards and other HR generalist activities.
To qualify for this role you must have a solid HR Generalist experience in global matrix-driven organizations (3-5 years - including hands-on Generalist experience), as well as have full fluency of both Italian and English.
