We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced and commercial role to join a new and exciting fintech initiative.
As Human Resources Business Partner you will be part of a small, collaborative and very high performing HR team. You will operate in a strategic and operational HR BP individual contributor position. You will partner directly with the Leadership team as well as the parent company to leverage resources and the CoE's where appropriate. The organisation is scaling fast and as a result, they are looking for a hardworking, fun and performance driven individual to join their team.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, working alongside another HR Business Partner (splitting the business areas in half), this is a truly exciting role where you will help set up and develop HR function and build the business, to put in place a best in class HR / People function.
This is a position where you can really shape and create! This will be a fast-paced and commercial role. You will lead, develop, and execute all people aspects for your business areas (largely Tech & Infrastructure / Corp Functions client groups). For example, you will; advise leadership, help drive organisation capability, drive key HR projects (D&I, Wellbeing), develop the operating model, talent management & succession, drive reward processes, manage HR policies and manage HR Ops.
Essential: HR Business Partner with experience in both corporate and start-up environments in Singapore within the financial services or technology sectors. Comfortable operating as an individual contributor. Experienced in partnering with global leadership team.
