About the client

They do have property developments many sectors such as residential, retail, commercial, industrial, etc. Other than real estate, they do have other businesses as well such as social enterprise, food, and beverage, etc. They are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and outstanding HR Governance and Project Specialist to join their team.
Reporting directly to the deputy director of the HR shared services, you will be working closely with HRBP, HR Specialist, HR Shared Services teams. Your role is to provide the teams support and maintain high standards in the different aspects of HR operation risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. You will also be supporting the key HR transformation projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a HR generalist or HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes, operations, and systems. You will also need to be familiar with HR policy and risk management as well as the employment law, regulatory and legal requirements.
