This leading international law firm based in the City is looking for a HR Manager to join its team. Working as part of a wider HR function this role will see you specifically supporting the firms Partners from a HR perspective. Reporting into the HR Director you will work collaboratively with the wider team to support partner matters end to end with both strategic projects and various life cycle activities.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who are currently or have previously worked within law and supported fee earning and or partner teams. You will come from a solid HR generalist background with experience and exposure of dealing with partner matters from compensation, benefits, development, promotions and performance.
Working collaboratively with the wider Learning and Generalist teams you will support the partner population end to end, adding value, making recommendations for improvements with regard to the firms approach to lateral hiring, internal promotions, partner benefits and partner support generally.
