I am working with a leading UK brand within the Charity sector who are looking to hire an HR Manager based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a standalone position alongside the senior leadership team with responsibility for implementing the full employee lifecycle including all policies, procedures, processes and projects.
This is a very hands-on and operationally led position working alongside Line Managers and you will be responsible for a wide variety of work including the management of: case management and ER; full lifecycle recruitment; performance and talent management; compensation & benefits; salary review and benchmarking; training & development; optimising the HR systems; and monitoring DBS checks. The other key focus will be supporting the organisation in its commitment to diversity and inclusion in its widest sense both internally and externally.
You will be a true HR generalist who has worked at Manager level with experience across all areas of HR. Comfortable working in an operational and hands-on capacity, including administration, you will also be able to work at a strategic level with the senior leadership team. You will be able to evidence experience of delivering equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Due to the standalone nature of the role you will need to be a self-starter, confident communicator and able to establish strong working relationships at all levels. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified to at least level 5 with a strong understanding of UK Employment Law.
