My client is a global service lead business with a truly international workforce of over 10,000. They are looking for a new London based HR Manager to provide central support to the organisation during an exciting move.
This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR services to the central support teams as the headquarters makes its transition from its current base in Hong Kong, to London in July 2019. The HR Manager will oversee and monitor daily operations and assist the Chief HR Officer and Head of Reward and Operations to align HR practices across the organisation during this international change.
My client is looking for HR Operations specialist with a strong desire to work for a fast-growing organisation. You will be results orientated, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable and be driven to strive for continual improvement. Excellent time-management skills with a high attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines are necessities. You will have payroll expertise and within your current role or recent experience still have exposure to this. To be successful in this position you will have worked on compensation and benefits projects within a business focused environment.
A bachelors degree in a HR or related subject is essential, with a minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have HRIS experience and knowledge.
