An excellent opportunity with a transforming London based transport organisation has arisen for an HR Manager. The position is being offered on a 6-9 month FTC with potential for future extension.
This will be a full generalist role, leading a small team of two and supporting a client group of around 300-400. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading on all aspects of HR including HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent development, recruitment and engagement. The role will report directly into the business and will be a key partner to management.
Suitable candidates will be available to start ASAP and have proven experience operating at this level, ideally from within a transport environment.
