A client of ours is hiring for an experienced HR Manager to join their team for a part-time opportunity.
This role will be far from one dimensional. You will be working autonomously with other members of the business. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR services, payroll, recruitment, and advisory. You will be working closely with board members. You will understand performance management processes. You will work on projects and provide analytical data to the board on a regular basis. You will have a high level of autonomy and have knowledge across all HR functions.
As an HR Manager, you will bring your innovative approach to this role. You will have a minimum of 4 years of collective HR experience. Having experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus! You will have a high level of organization and structural skills. You will also thrive in a culture where wiliness to learn and collaboration is key to succeeding.
