HR Manager (Part-Time 4 days)

Frazer Jones are supporting a boutique financial services business based around Piccadilly Circus to secure an HR Manager to cover a period of maternity (7-9 months initially).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a varied and challenging role on a part time basis (4 days a week or reduced hours 5 days a week).

You will be the lead HR Professional in the UK office and will report into the US. You'll be responsible for an end to end remit across HR and will manage the HR Assistant, between you looking after 75 employees. A key focus of this role is to upskill the HR Assistant to enable them to step up into an HR Advisor role. As such, evidence of coaching and employee development is a must have for this opportunity.

The business itself is going from strength to strength and is in growth mode. 2020 saw it's biggest increase in headcount globally with 50 people joining the firm making a total of 300 employees.

As you would expect from a boutique business, you will be responsible for the end to end HR process working closely with the Head of HR in the US, the finance team and other front office and back office stakeholders. Specific duties include supporting the business with employee relations issues, developing and implementing HR policies, managing the recruitment process, and other operational HR matters.

In addition there are a number of projects you will be tasked with driving forwards.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be available to start no later than December 13th in order to go through a thorough handover with the current incumbent.

In addition, you must have worked in a financially regulated environment ideally in a boutique / small company where you have worked in an end to end capacity without the support from shared services.

* The business requires the successful incumbent to be in the office 1 or 2 days a week.
