We're currently recruiting for an HR Manager at the largest privately owned upstream oil and gas company in The Netherlands. The company is located at De Zuidas, Amsterdam.

In this role you'll become part of a close-knit HR team, consisting of two HR Managers and one HR Officer. You will report into the Executive Director and be the connection between the Management Team and the employees. This role requires a seasoned HR Professional who would describe him/herself as a generalist who is down-to-earth, resilient, flexible, aimable and above all hands-on. As an HR Manager at this company you need to have at least 10 years of relevant HR experience as you need to feel comfortable to work completely independent on an operational and tactical level, advise and decide -independently- on various HR issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in The Netherlands and UK, will be part of this job. Your day-to-day activities can vary, so if you're service oriented, able to multitask and if you are flexible and keen to work autonomous, this might be a great opportunity.
