Our client is a global financial services SME with a base in Singapore and they have a newly created HR Manager role servicing Singapore, Hong Kong and China population consisting of front office, corporate functions and traders. This is a fast-paced business and a 360 'hands-on' role where you will undertake all aspects of the employee lifecycle. A start-up mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, this business has a real 'family feel' where people are valued and respected.

They are hiring! Someone with an excellent recruitment track record would do really well here. From a recruitment perspective you will service Singapore, Hong Kong and China and own this process end to end from requisition, scheduling and attending interviews, coaching managers, through to onboarding.

You will play an active role in coaching managers and employees on performance management, assisting with career counselling, learning and development and acting as a key point of contact for your business. Raising escalations to the HR Director. They are a global business so you will get to work with your global counterparts on key HR projects and initiatives.

This is a small to mid-sized firm, where you will own your own population and be responsible for end to end HR aspects from payroll, through to visas and contracts, through to resourcing, engagement, employee relations, performance and exits. The client base is very bright and switched on so you will need to have high emotional intelligence to support your areas. Reporting to the Head of HR and working alongside a friendly peer.
