My client is a leading provider of premium, modern prime city accommodation across the UK and they are looking to appoint a HR Manager to join their team in the West End.
This role is suited to an experienced senior HR professional with a strong generalist background including a significant level of employee relations practise. As a fast-growing organisation, the role requires a high level of HR policy and practice expertise, policy and procedure development, performance management and general service responsiveness. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to use sound judgement, effective analysis of data, management reporting, and the building of effective relationships. You will be a passionate, yet resilient HR Professional used to work with stakeholders up to Executive Director level.
This role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with the HR Director and support her on the delivery of HR best practise across the organisation. You will work on multiple projects including culture change, workforce planning and hands on HR practise. The key areas you will initially support on will be reward, employee engagement, talent and organisational development. Within this role you will be provide expert HR and Employee Relations advice and guidance on a variety of cases whilst supporting Managers on how to pre-empt organisational and people issues.
You will be highly organised, possesses initiative with the ability to prioritise, as well as being commercial in approach. You will be determined, yet approachable and have a professional and resourceful approach. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and fully CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR practice in full generalist capability. You will have a thorough understanding of employment law and an have experience working on change management projects.
The role is based in the West End with some travel expected to the additional sites, all expenses paid.
