We are working with a Professional Service organisation Manchester to recruit an HR Manager on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. You will be responsible for managing a small team who support employee across multiple sites in the North. You will report into the HR Director and work closely with peers on HR initiatives, projects and the people agenda. You and your HR team are responsible for providing a hands-on operational support to the business encompassing all areas of the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, reward & recognition, employee engagement and projects. As HR Manager you will lead on HR projects such as restructuring, consultations and potentially redundancies.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate a number of years' experience operating as HR Manager/HRBP with line/people management responsibility. You will have broad generalist HR experience allowing you to provide a comprehensive support to the business and coach/develop the HR team. You are confident, credible and have the ability to influence both internally and externally. Experience managing and leading on change such as restructuring, consultations and redundancies is advantageous.
