Our client, an exciting Environmental Consultancy with over 500 people globally who are doing incredible, mission driven work, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR Operations and Projects for the Americas region with a focus on the US and Latin America.
This role is an addition to staff to address growth, and will serve as a regional manager alongside counterparts in Europe and AsiaPac. You will be tasked with all HR activities around onboarding, systems/data, process improvements, etc (not heavily focused on ER, Talent Management, or Recruiting). In a climate of exponential growth, this individual will report into a Head of HR Services based globally and will serve as the on the ground contact for all operational work in the region. ***Experience supporting the US as well as Latin America is a must***, with particular focus on Colombia and Mexico especially ideal.
Ideal but not required would be experience out of a smaller tech firm, consulting, or fintech, and the ability to manage two resources (a recruiter and generalist).
The position needs to be New York City adjacent but given the heavy remote / hybrid model (probably no more than 2 days in office when covid restrictions are lifted), it can support an individual who is not about to be an NYC office full time. Travel could be light in the future, with likely occasional trips to European offices for conferences.
The role will allow a detail oriented, savvy HR ops professional with excellent project management the chance to really spread their wings within a firm doing some really incredible things.
