Our client is a global manufacturing company with market presence over 100 countries across Europe, US, Africa and Asia Pacific. They have a base in Singapore with a headcount of 500 employees.

Job Description
This is sought after opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as HR Manager. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in a team of 5. You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business - from operations to business partnering. Responsibilities include but not limited to - stakeholder management, HR pperations, recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee relations & engagement, performance management, and initiating HR projects for employer branding, Corporate Social Responsibilities etc.

The Successful Applicant
You should be an all-rounder with at least 3-6 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operational responsibilities such as applying for work passes, generating contracts to recruitment to business partnering duties such as employee relations and streamlining HR policies.

The Head of HR believes in empowering her team members and entrust them to take ownership of their portfolio. You will be a true Generalist and someone who takes pride in working independently. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, being highly adaptable to changes, flexibility and your ability to initiate.

Essential: Candidate must come with experience working in the manufacturing industry / facilities management / construction sector / managing blue collar workers. Also, you must be well versed in MOM regulations and requirements.

Desirable: Experience working in a HR Centre of Excellence model, managing HR projects such as salary benchmarking and employer branding is advantageous.
