Our client is a global manufacturing company with market presence over 100 countries across Europe, US, Africa and Asia Pacific. They have a base in Singapore with a headcount of 500 employees.
This is sought after opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as HRBP - reporting to the Head of HR. You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business - from operations to business partnering. Responsibilities include but not limited to - stakeholder management, HR pperations, recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee relations & engagement, performance management, and initiating HR projects for employer branding, Corporate Social Responsibilities etc.
You should be an all-rounder with at least 8-10 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operational responsibilities such as applying for work passes, generating contracts to recruitment to business partnering duties such as employee relations and streamlining HR policies.
