My client is an innovative and high quality UK logistics company that prides itself in investing in the best people and creating a consistent and agile logistics platform. They would like to appoint a Regional HR Manager to join their team for a 12 month FTC.

As Regional HR Manager to the Food Service & Ireland you will be responsible for the consistent and effective management of all site HR activities, ensuring that they are aligned to the culture, values and strategies of the business. The role will be predominantly based at their Hemel Hempstead estate with travel to Coventry once every other week and the occasional travel to Ireland throughout the year, however you may also work from home alongside the travel requirements.

Within this regional role you will directly line manage 4 HR Advisors across all 4 sites whose reasonability's are to manage the HR business as usual across the client groups. You will pay a strategic leadership role across the sites with a focus on embedding the business culture, proactive employee relations management, pay negotiations and to support the site Managers on team development and success through performance. You will provide support to the development and delivery of the HR strategy within the Food Service and Ireland businesses and work closely with the Head of HR to continue to deliver best in class HR services. Your role will also include any TUPE or restructure plans for the future of the business.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced and commercially astute HR generalist who has been in a management role across a multi-sited business, Ideally from logistics, manufacturing, FMCG or retail. A excellent HR leader you will have driven performance via HR strategy delivery and change management in a previous role. You must have experience working with unions and have excellent UK employment law knowledge.

Location: Hertfordshire and home working

**Must hold a clean UK driving licence**

Salary: £48,000 + £4k car allowance + 30% bonus and addtional excellent benefits
