Our client is an award-winning Digital media organisation that is striving to be a leader in its field. Our client has offices across the GCC and boasts some top tier multinational clients as part of its portfolio.
They are now seeking a HR Manager to come on board and help establish the HR function from scratch. The role is a great opportunity for an upcoming HR professional to come on board and really make their mark within the organisation. Managing a team of up to 5 direct reports this role will span across establishing policies and procedures, designing performance management systems, managing C&B frameworks and benchmarking exercises and establishing the employee benefits plan.
This opportunity is for a self-starter who is passionate about HR. Our client is seeking someone who has the gravitas to work closely with the CEO and the leadership team in the implementation of new strategies.
The ideal candidate will have pursued a HR qualification (CIPD or SHRM) as well as hold a Bachelors in a HR related subject. You will have also gained at least 5 - 7 years' experience as a HR business Partner or HR Manager within a multinational organisation where you would have experience HR best practice.
