Join this Global Professional Services Firm as HR Manager where you will partner with specific client groups of fee-earners to provide advice and support on all People related issues. Partnering with the centres of excellence you will be involved in senior hires, learning & training initiatives, talent pipelines, workforce planning and overseeing all cyclical activities for your client group. Working in a National HR team of approximately 50 you will also be involved in ad-hoc projects.
Experience as a HR Advisor, Business Partner or Manager within professional services such as Legal, Accounting and Management Consultancies is advantageous.
This role is open to flexible working either full time or part time hours and is a 12 month fixed term contract ideally to start immediately (but we can work with notice periods) based in Melbourne CBD.
