Due to expansion and an increased workload, a growing organisation in Gloucester are now looking to recruit an HR Officer/Coordinator/Assistant on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager with generalist HR activities which includes; recruitment, onboarding, inductions, organising training, updating employee files, employee relations support, dealing with queries and supporting the development and creation of HR processes and policies.
This is a developmental role therefore you do not need to have experience in all of these areas but at least CIPD Level 3 or the equivalent level of experience. Coupled with this qualification you will need to be confident, resilient and comfortable dealing with employees at all levels across the business. Due to the pace and heavy workload this would suit someone a self starter who can use their initiative and work in a start up HR function.
