Are you interested in joining a fantastic Richmond-based organisation as a standalone HR Officer?
In this standalone role, you have variety of responsibilities including managing all ER cases, performance reviews, training courses, HR processes, recruitment, and safeguarding. This will allow you to be exposed to all aspects of HR and be the main point of contact for the organisation.
With employee relations, you will be working closely with senior managers on disciplinaries and grievances. You will work closely with colleagues from their onboarding process, all the way to probations and annual performance reviews. You will also oversee training and development, allowing you to build relationships with external providers and facilitate up-to-date courses. You will also be the ambassador for best practice and HR legislation, allowing you to take ownership of all policies and procedures for the organisation. With recruitment, you will manage all live vacancies and carry out compliance and DBS checks.
This is a broad and varied role, allowing you to interact with different stakeholders and make all executive HR decisions.
