HR Operations Administrator - London
Are you looking to expand your HR experience in a reputable Financial Services firm.
We have an exciting opportunity for a competent HR Administrator who would thrive in a busy and fast paced HR Operations role. You will be working closely with two others in the HR Operations team providing crucial support to the wider business with high volume onboarding, pre-employment screening and jointly managing a shared inbox to deal with important queries.
As part of the HR Operations team you will need to have excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a busy and changing environment with accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have good experience already in an HR Operations role - the HR Operations Manager does not sit on-site and so the business is requiring a candidate to come in at this level and act autonomously from day 1.
