I am currently partnering with a charitable trust within the education sector who are looking for a HR Partner to join the organisation on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to be joining a rapidly developing yet tight knit Human Resources Team. The role will be challenging and rewarding and there will be a real opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark on the Academies they support, whilst contributing to the expansion and growth of the Human Resources culture within the Trust.
As the HR Partner, you will:
* Be the first point of contact within HR
* Cover the full employee lifecycle, including the production of contracts and offer letters, running inductions, onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee data
* Assist with recruitment
* Manage Employee Relations
* Assist with wider HR projects
The successful candidate will be robust, self-sufficient with a passion for a proactive approach to Human Resources. This is in effect a standalone position and the postholder will undertake the full range of HR activities for the Academy which will include Advisory and all HR related administration. The incumbent must be prepared to undertake both administration and advisory work and have experience of employee relations and trade unions. Candidate must also have a level 5 CIPD qualification.
This role is based out of one the academies in North London and is paying up to £35,000.
