HR Systems Team Lead

Using a combination of precise data science and advanced technology they work at a global level to deliver highly accurate information at short notice. Your new role
The company has recently made an investment to implement a new HR System and are looking for an experienced senior level HR Systems Manager to help drive through the new system within their organisation. The role will involve hands-on operational work and the ensure the changes are implemented effectively across the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for helping to implement and optimise the complete functionality of the current HR system.
Manage and design the overall operational requirements of the HR team in line with the implementation of the new System.
Work with the business and HR department to create a more data driven environment.
Make sure the system is fit for purpose and user-friendly in order for management & HR to make the most of the tools available.
Project Management- ensure working methodologies are applied correctly
Required skills & experience
Fluency within written and spoken Dutch and English mandatory
Strong knowledge & experience with HR Systems
A background within HR operational excellence
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work on your own accord as well as under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to convey technical issues in easy to understand terminology
Previous management experience highly desirable
