I am working with a leading global financial services organisation who are looking to recruit a newly created junior HRBP to provide support to both their Investment Banking and Capital Markets client groups.
As the junior HRBP your role will focus on providing generalist HR advisory to both client groups, with a primary focus across the EMEA region, as well as supporting the aligned HR team. You must be able to operate independently, pro-actively and effectively with pace across the full employee life cycle; as well as the ability to converse with employees at all levels across the business.
To be considered for this role you will already be working within the Financial Services sector, ideally investment banking or capital markets, along with full life cycle and employee relations experience. This role is suited to a switched-on career driven junior HRBP who already has a commercial mindset along with the ability to work with senior stakeholders to influence pragmatic outcomes with a real delivery focus. In return this role will enable you to develop and broaden your HR skill set to work in partnership with the business as well as become involved in ad-hoc projects.
