I'm currently partnering with a leading Global Investment Management firm, who serve as a trusted adviser to clients in over 60 countries and as part of their continued growth they are looking to hire a newly created Human Resources Manager role for their London office. The HRM will work across their UK and EMEA locations for a defined, but growing, population group. This is an exciting position to work within a dynamic environment with supportive leadership as well as partnering with Centres of Excellence across the employee life cycle based in both the UK and US.

The role itself is an end-to-end HR Generalist role but very much operating within that tactical and strategic space where you will work collaboratively with their client group, being the Client platform to ensure all annual employee lifecycle objectives are met along with any strategic people plan initiatives. This individual will also play a key role in supporting their Global Wealth Management business.

To be considered for this role you must be from the BUY SIDE already working within asset/investment management where you have had the responsibility to not only partner a dispersed front office client group but the ability to build relationships quickly as their trusted advisor. You will thrive within a high performing and fast paced environment; you will operate with both a strategic and curious mindset whilst solving for outcomes.
