Join this Global well performing organisation as Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 month contract where you will be managing full lifecycle recruitment across specialist financial functions within the business.
Managing multiple roles your responsibilities will cover stakeholder management, advertising vacancies, developing recruitment plans, screening CV's, liaising with external Agencies, interviewing candidates as well as extending offers and contracts. Utilising their HRIS to process, manage and review all recruitment activity.
Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role with a global or national organisation within the financial services or professional services sector is essential where you are comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
This 6 month contract is ideally to start ASAP based in Melbourne CBD offering flexible working arrangements, either full time or part time (4 days per week equivalent).
