My client a leading investment bank is hiring an in-house recruiter with in depth experience across financial services. The role is a full 360 degree recruitment position covering attraction, souring, advertising, headcount planning, pre-employment screening and ad hoc projects.
This is a fast paced, high volume recruitment desk with a lot of interaction with the back, middle and front office which will lend itself to an individual who has worked such markets previously. Based out of the company headquarters this role has a regional remit and will cover both contract and permanent hires.
You will have a proven record of taking the initiative to continually improve operational delivery and develop innovative recruitment solutions. You must also have experience of attraction strategy, design and delivery (online and offline), employer brand proposition development, pre-employment candidate screening, response handling etc. Experience with Taleo would be preferable but is not a prerequisite.
