Job Description

The client is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their wider HR team and work both collaboratively and independently to achieve the business objectives for the team. This role in particular will be responsible for organising effective end-to-end recruitment processes from induction through to on-boarding and pre-hire. You will support in delivering a high calibre candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.

Within this role, you will embed the centralised recruitment model across a variety of sectors in the business and internationally. You will be working with senior stakeholders to build the recruitment team at all levels of the business and provide best practice advice to the hiring manager on matters including but not limited to advising on appropriate selection methods, leading interviews and influencing decisions on ensuring an inclusive selective process.

Additionally, you will also produce regular reports for the relevant HR teams and the wider business as a whole using an established set of recruitment metrics, ensuring that Diversity and Inclusion feature within this. The successful candidate will maintain the Workday Recruiting ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for all roles to ensure accurate reporting.

You will also work on educating recruitment managers within the business to improve interviewing, assessment and selection competence. You will ensure the broader business as a whole is educated on their company recruitment approach, challenging where appropriate.

Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have substantial corporate recruitment experience and be a highly commercial, globally minded, progressive recruiter. You must be capable of working both collaboratively and independently to work towards the relevant business objectives.

Skilled in spotting strong clients for both current and future roles, the successful applicant must have an expertise in thinking tactically beyond the daily BAU requirements, supporting the Head of Recruitment on delivering business objectives.

Alongside this, the ideal candidate must have commercial awareness and be knowledgeable on stakeholder groups. Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with an attention to detail and strong organisational skills will allow the candidate to thrive within the role.
