My client, an instantly recognisable and well respected media brand, is seeking 2 interim Change HR Business Partners.
They're about to embark on a significant change and relocation project and, as such, are needing candidates who have a wealth of change project work behind them including restructures, redundancies and consultations. You will have strong employment law knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and not be phased by challenging situations/environments.
These are initial 6 month contracts to start ASAP and, as such, candidates will need to be available at short notice although my client could wait for someone to start between now and the end of the year. Experience of working in a creative/media business previously is beneficial but not essential.
