My client, a well regarded media company, is seeking 3 HR Business Partners as part of a recent restructure.
Each Business Partner will support a population of c.300 for one of three key but very different business areas. These are integral hires for the organisation across what will be a defining 12 months for how the business will be shaped moving forward. Whilst media industry experience is beneficial the company is open on background but it is important that candidates have strong stakeholder management skills and work well in what is a small and somewhat unstructured environment.
Although these are interim roles there is a high probability of the roles being made permanent however the company is open to candidates who want to support on an interim basis only.
These are urgent roles however candidates on short notice periods will be considered and you will ideally be able to start before the end of the year or early January at the latest.
