A great, newly created Interim Workday Analyst role is now available within a global financial services business. This role is ideal for candidates who have already gained a broad, cross-functional knowledge of Workday HCM but are now looking to expand their process, reporting, dashboard and analytical remit. Key responsibilities will be to deliver a proactive, comprehensive and flexible HRIS Analyst service by providing relevant and appropriate data reporting in Workday and generalist work to the Head of HR and HR Manager on HR systems and files. You'll help develop and maintain a variety of reports that meet business data needs and play a pivotal role in helping the business refine their reporting fluency. Part of the role will be to gather data and provide HR reporting functionality through Workday, design and implementation of Workday HRIS processes and liaise with the HR Managers to determined HRIS needs and implement efficiently and effectively. You'll analyse HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues. The business is looking for someone who is proficient in Workday and ideally has super user configuration abilities. The generalist functions will centre on ensuring all onboarding, hiring, recruitment, leavers, performance management, probation etc is carried out through Workday. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who are immediately available and are able to commit for at least 6 months (there is a chance this role will convert to a permanent position)
