My client, a well known international retailer, is urgently seeking an interim People Partner to join their HR team.
This is a newly created role in a growing HR function. Reporting to a Snr HRBP you will support in the design and delivery of HR initiatives including talent reviews, engagement survey response plans and OD reviews as well as delivering ad-hoc tactical projects. As such, this role requires someone who enjoys getting involved in interesting projects but is equally comfortable dealing with quite a lot of operational work.
The ideal candidate will have retail industry experience although this isn't essential - experience of working in a complex matrix environment and European or Global experience is essential. This role is London based however will require travel to the client's offices on the south coast approximately once per week and ad-hoc travel to France.
This is an initial 12 month contract however there is belief that the role could be made permanent sometime in 2019.
Given the urgent nature, the preference is for candidates available immediately or at short notice.
