A great newly created contract role is now available at a rapidly expanding Insurance business. Supporting the Head of Reward and the Head of HR Operations, this multi-tasking role will see you supporting the business as they start to shape and add structure to their Reward offering as well as take on projects to help evolve their Benefits & Operations function. As a result the business is looking to meet immediately available Reward Analysts who can commit to working for the next 6 months (there is a strong likelihood that this contract will be extended) and can support the mapping of roles for job levelling, ad hoc reward benchmarking/offer construction/off cycle increase recommendations and buy out calculations. Support on any future share offer administration and assist with bonus target modelling and deferral mechanisms. You will work closely with the Head of Reward on the year-end review (performance management, pay and bonus) and help with any regulatory remuneration reporting. On the HR Ops side, this will mainly support on Benefits administration: Taking ownership of benefits processes and renewals, ensuring data requirements are captured and assisting with employee queries and general benefits administration (pension, PMI, life assurance). You will help to monitor and embed benefits admin processes with their outsourced providers and support in ensuring any changes in process as a result of new legislation are managed with payroll, comms, employee processes etc. and conduct research into any new benefits that would enhance their offering.
