Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global logistics company to source an Interim Reward Analyst on a 3-month FTC basis. They specialise in helping large brands transport life's essentials more efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
As their interim Reward Analyst, you will support the HR team with their job evaluations, benchmarking, annual survey submission as well as act as the first point of contact for Reward and Benefits queries on a day-to-day basis.
Duties will include:
- Act as primary contact for employee benefits including supporting the annual benefit enrolment project
- Support with pay and bonus review
- Support with data production and analysis for other reward activity, such as share awards
- Benchmarking, using the HAY/Korn ferry benchmarking/grading methodology
To be considered, you must possess a good understanding of Reward with a strong analytical and excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and the ability to work with deadlines. Previous Benefits experience is a plus.
In return, you will receive circa £40,000 per annum plus the opportunity to work fully remotely for this role.
