An award winning and contemporary urban regeneration company is looking to recruit an experienced Reward Manager to cover a maternity contract. Initially for a period of 6 months this role will cover:
- Payroll management
+ Management and accountability for Group payroll and all subsidiary payrolls (monthly). Main point of contact with payroll providers; relationship management
+ Management and administration of statutory process; including P11Ds, P60s, reporting to HMRC
- Pension
+ Management of pension benefit for the Group, including; Auto Enrolment responsibilities, adhering to new pension legislation, general administration and management of systems
+ Management of pension governance process with provider
- Share schemes and bonus schemes
+ Management and administration of share schemes, including LTIP and SAYE, in conjunction with Company Secretary
+ Management and administration of annual discretionary bonus process in conjunction with COO
+ Management and administration of all project bonus schemes in conjunction with COO
- Benefits management
+ Risk benefits management and administration; life assurance and income protection
+ Management and administration of all other benefits; including Private health insurance
+ Responsibility for ensuring all benefits are renewed timely and economically
+ Manage the annual leave carry over process and pro-rating of part time bank holiday allowances
- Compensation
+ Management of annual salary review process, including collating data, liaising with senior management and producing letters for all employees
+ Annual submission and benchmarking process with Aon Hewitt
+ Collating data and preparing Total Annual Reward Statements
+ Contributing data to Remuneration Report, in conjunction with Company Secretary
+ Management of gender pay reporting process, in conjunction with Company Secretary
