A great short-term interim role is now available at an International law firm for a Reward Manager to join and predominantly assist with their year end bonus payout. Reporting into the Head of HR and managing a small Reward & Payroll team, you will use your broad compensation & benefits experience to ensure the firm remains compliant with SRA, HMRC regulations and continues to offer a best in class reward service. Duties outside of the year end bonus round will be to help collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Director to scope, design and implement the firm's employee reward strategy, manage and deliver compensation projects and employee incentive plans. Project manage the annual salary review process for the UK firm, including production of Business Unit related reports and processing of increases. Benchmarking of UK salaries and making recommendations to the Head of HR on any changes/trends and offering advice and guidance where appropriate on general reward topics. You will be expected to share your knowledge and technical skills in coaching HR BP's and the wider People Team on reward concepts.
This role is ideally suited to experienced Reward Managers who (ideally) have previously worked within professional services/partnership environments) and who are comfortable with taking on a short-term contract at pace.
