One of the world's leading financial services business is now looking to recruit a Reward Specialist (AVP Grade) to join them on a 6 month interim contract to support their year-end activities. Working closely with the EMEA Head of Reward and EMEA Head of Performance in the delivery of the annual compensation review. This involves periodic modelling of the anticipated bonus pool, monitoring contract commitments, ensuring that appropriate processes are in place and are adhered to in respect of compensation structures and commitments. You will provide analytical and operational support of the market data survey process, analysing market trends and benchmarkeing against internal remuneration structures and supplying data to stakeholders and RemCo. You'll help to model future salary spend, liaising with HR Business Partners during the salary review process to ensure that salary structures are understood and adhered to during the compensation review phase. Monitor the ongoing bonus pool and pay rise spend against budget, keeping the EMEA Head of Performance and Reward updated as to any significant changes. Coordinating with the wider HR teams on communication and payment of bonuses to employees.
As a result the business is looking to meet immediately available Reward Analysts/Reward Specialists who have gained compensation experience within UK Financial Services, together with experience of working with and delivering for multiple stakeholders. Experience of analysing data and presenting trends and themes in order to inform stakeholders within a multi-national organisation. Experience of Workday would also be welcome, but not essential.
