A high growth and progressive financial technology business is seeking an interim Senior HR Manager for a 3-6 month contract.
There is an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Generalist to support the a period of transition. Reporting to the CHRO in the US and with a dotted line to the UK MD you will be responsible for all HR activities for a UK population of c.60 people making this a standalone role in some respects.
Key requirements over the contract period include end of year pay rise/bonus cycle, annual performance reviews as well as broader HR responsibilities.
This role will be an active member of the leadership team and, as such, you will need to be comfortable with large amounts of data, strong stakeholder skills and working across different time zones when necessary.
This is an extremely agile business with a flat structure and collaborative way of working and, as such, they are open to candidates who may wish to consider this role on a part-time basis or someone who may require some working from home.
The ideal candidate will have worked in standalone roles or as part of a small team within a US business however, naturally, they're open minded on backgrounds but will need to be available immediately or at very short notice.
